Custom CMYK color in-mould labels for laundry detergent bottles. Printed on PP film and fused into the bottle during moulding, they become a permanent, adhesive-free part of the packaging.
These in-mould labels (IML) are pre-printed PP film labels placed inside the mould before blow or injection moulding. As the laundry detergent bottle forms, the label fuses with the bottle wall to create a smooth, single-piece finish that will not peel or wash off. Printed in full-color CMYK or your Pantone brand color, they are supplied as flat, cut single sheets with custom die-cut options, so they can be placed by hand or by an automated sheet-fed in-mould labelling system. A range of surface finishes is available — high-gloss, satin, matte or orange peel — with an optional hard-coat for scratch resistance and anti-fingerprint protection.
